The IMER parts book lists it as Pulley, ref. 41, in the machine structure of the Syntesi 190 EL, Syntesi 250 EL, Syntesi 300 EL and Syntesi 350 EL mixers. The same part number appears on both the Syntesi 190-250 (Tav. 1/A) and the Syntesi 300-350 (Tav. 1/B) machine structure pages. The gear box pulley is a different part, listed in the gear box tables.
