The IMER Syntesi 190-350 EL parts book lists it as ref. 35 on Tav. 1/A, Machine Structure [Syntesi 190-250]. On the Syntesi 300 EL and 350 EL (Tav. 1/B) the same position uses screw 2222465 (M5x15) instead.
