30-day returns

You can return an unused item within 30 days of shipment. Every return needs a return authorization (RMA) from us first; returns without an RMA may not be refunded.

• Original packaging, intact labels and the packing slip.
• All accessories, manuals and documentation that came with the item.

Defective items

If an item arrives defective, we replace it or refund it once it is returned, within 30 days of shipment.

Items that are not defective

Non-defective returns are refunded after inspection, less a restocking fee of 15% for parts and 30% for machines. Defective or wrong items carry no restocking fee. Original and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Warranty

Machine warranty is handled by IMER USA under its warranty policy. We help you prepare the claim; IMER USA decides it.
