Free shipping over $1,500
Orders over $1,500 ship free to commercial addresses in the contiguous United States.
Delivery to a residential (non-commercial) address adds $150. If a liftgate is needed to unload, another $150 applies. These charges come from the freight carriers; if we are not told in advance, the carrier still bills them.
Delivery times
- Parts and accessories leave us within 1–3 business days. Ground parcels usually arrive 5–7 business days after shipping.
- Machines usually ship in 2–3 weeks: they come from IMER in Italy, and some models are assembled to order or on back order. We confirm the ship date after you order.
- Orders over about 100 lb ship LTL freight and arrive in 7–10 business days, depending on location.
- We ship to the USA and Canada, except the province of Quebec. Other destinations on request.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Inspect every delivery before signing for it. If a machine or part is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, do not sign it off as received in good condition, and call us right away.
Do not send damaged items back to us yourself: we arrange pickup and the carrier’s inspection so the claim can be settled.
