Is this an order?

No. The form is a request for a quote. It takes no payment and places no order. We email you a written quote, and you are charged only after you approve it.

How much do Next Day and 2nd Day shipping cost?

It depends on the size and weight of the part, your ZIP and the carrier’s express rates, so we quote it for each request. Express shipping costs extra and is separate from the flat-rate shipping you see at checkout. Our quote shows one all-in price before you pay.

Can you promise a delivery date?

No. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. After IMER confirms stock, our quote states the date we expect to hand the part to the carrier. If we cannot ship by that date we tell you right away, and you may cancel for a full refund, including shipping.

What if the part is not in stock?

We tell you in our reply. Ship dates depend on IMER stock and on when the part leaves the warehouse, so we confirm both before quoting. You then decide whether to wait, use standard shipping or look elsewhere.

Do I need this form for a normal order?

No. Normal orders check out as usual with flat-rate shipping by size. Use this form only when you need a part faster than standard shipping.
