1. Company information

IMER Parts USA is a trade name of Somunn LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), 312 W 2nd St, Unit A3716, Casper, WY 82601, USA.

IMER Parts USA is a trade name of Somunn LLC, an independent dealer. We are not IMER S.p.A. or IMER USA. IMER is a trademark of its owner.

2. Acceptance of terms

Using imerpartsusa.com (the “Site”) means you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Permitted use and restrictions

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and to buy IMER equipment and parts.
• No scraping, reverse engineering or introduction of malicious code.
• No infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights.

4. Product and pricing accuracy

We work to keep information accurate, but errors may occur. If a price or product detail shown is wrong, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel at no cost.

5. Orders and payment

Orders are offers to buy; acceptance happens when we ship. We may refuse or cancel any order. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped directly by IMER USA: parts from its US warehouse, machines usually within 2–3 weeks (we confirm the ship date after you order).

We ship within the USA and to Canada, except the province of Quebec (other regions on request). Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the carrier picks up the shipment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Returns and cancellations

Returns, restocking fees and order cancellations are governed by our returns and warranty policy.

Cancel free of charge on the day you place the order. After that day, once we have started preparing it (ordered from IMER or packed), a 15% handling fee applies. An order that has shipped can’t be cancelled; it can be returned under the return terms.

8. Intellectual property

All Site content is protected by copyright and trademark law. IMER and the IMER logo are trademarks of their owner; we use them only to identify the genuine IMER products we sell. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted under Wyoming law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Somunn LLC against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Exclusive venue is Natrona County, Wyoming.

13. Revisions

We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site means you accept the revised terms.

14. AI assistant and chat

Our parts assistant is an automated AI program, not a person, and it is labeled “AI assistant” in the chat. When it is turned on, you can ask for a person at any time.

Its answers are guidance, not a promise of fit, price or availability, and they can be wrong. Confirm the part number and fit before you order, or ask for a person. The product page, your quote and your order confirmation are what count.

We record and store chats as described in our Privacy policy (section 12). You agree to this when you select Start chat.
