The IMER Workman II 250 parts book lists it as ref. 51 on drawing 1.3 (Workman II 250 Concrete Mixer). The IMER Syntesi parts book lists it as ref. 16 in the machine structure table for the Syntesi 190 EL and 250 EL (TAV. 1/A); the Syntesi 300 EL and 350 EL use a different washer at that position.
