This shear pin D.12x40 is a genuine IMER part, part number 3213177. The IMER Syntesi 190-250-300-350 EL parts book lists it in Tav. 2/B, Gear Box [Syntesi 300-350] (code 3210475), ref. 28.

The same table lists the 115V/60Hz pulley 3210688. The 115V/60Hz Syntesi is model 1105802, sold in the USA as the IMER Multi-Mix 350. The Syntesi 190 and 250 gear box (Tav. 2/A) uses a different shear pin, part 2228360 (D.8X16). Check part number 3213177 against your machine's parts list before you order.
