The IMER parts books list it as Drum Movement Reduction Unit on the Workman II 250 concrete mixer (drawing 1.3, ref. 39, Workman II 250 Concrete Mixer 1105849-1105850) and on the Syntesi 190 EL, 250 EL, 300 EL and 350 EL (Machine Structure tables 1/A and 1/B, ref. 6).
