This gear box casing is a genuine IMER part, part number 3209515.

In the Syntesi 190-250-300-350 EL parts book it is Gear Box Casing, ref. 2, in Tav. 2/B Gear Box 3210475, the table for the Syntesi 300 and 350. The same table also lists a second Gear Box Casing, part 3209514 (ref. 1). The Syntesi 190 and 250 gear box (Tav. 2/A) uses casing 3209681 at ref. 2.
