A purchase above $1,500 qualifies for free delivery to commercial addresses in the lower 48 states. A residential drop-off carries a $150 surcharge, and if the truck needs a liftgate to get the freight down, that adds another $150. Both charges are set by the freight carriers, and the carrier will still bill them if nobody warned them beforehand. When you order, mention whether the address is residential or lacks a loading dock so your shipping quote comes out right.
