Small parcels leave us after 1 to 3 business days of handling and normally take another 5 to 7 business days in transit. Anything over roughly 100 lb travels as LTL freight and takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on where it is going. Treat these as estimates. We deliver within the USA and Canada, but not to Quebec; ask us about other destinations. Check each delivery before you sign. If you find damage, write it on the delivery receipt, do not accept the shipment as good, and phone us right away.
