What information do I need to submit an IMER warranty claim?

IMER USA runs two claim forms: one for construction equipment (mixers, saws, pumps and buggies) and one for access equipment (scissor lifts and access crawlers). The forms are aimed at dealers and repair centers, so be ready to give your company name, address, phone, email and contact person, plus the model, the serial number, the purchase order or invoice number of the original sale, a description of the repair, the parts you need (number, description and quantity), and any photos or videos that back up the claim.
