What warranty comes with IMER machines, and who handles a claim?

IMER USA administers the machine warranty under its own policy. We help prepare your claim and IMER USA makes the decision. The published policy promises repair or replacement of parts that prove, on inspection, to have a defect in material or workmanship, for one year from the end user's purchase date. Engines and batteries are outside it; engine claims go to an authorized factory service center for that engine brand. Abuse by the operator, skipped routine maintenance, modifications, or repairs done without IMER USA's written approval void the coverage.
