Part details
The Safety Grate Magnet with Bushing is a genuine IMER OEM part, part number 3226027. The IMER parts books list it as a bushing with magnet; the Small 50 book calls it a nylon bushing plus magnet.
It is listed on four IMER machines. On the Small 50 it appears in the machine structure and in the vibrating screen assemblies (Old Castle and 1107548). On the Step-Up 120 it is part of the vibrating screen and the pre-mixed frame (1107569). On the Prestige 300 it is listed in the front machine structure, the mixing machine and the vibrating screen kit (1107036). On the Booster 15 it is listed in Table 6 with the hopper, grill and vibrator motor.
