This belt is a genuine IMER part, part number 3235727. The IMER Syntesi 190-250-300-350 EL parts book lists it as ref. 18 in Tav. 1/B, Machine Structure (Syntesi 300-350), with the note 220V/50 Hz; the same row gives belt 3236052 for 115V/60Hz machines. The Syntesi 190-250 table (Tav. 1/A) lists belt 3208791 instead.

The Syntesi manual describes the drive: the electric motor sets the reduction unit in motion via a poly-V belt.

Check the voltage and frequency of your machine before you order. For a 115V/60Hz Syntesi 300 or 350 EL the parts book gives belt 3236052.
