This wheel is a genuine IMER part, part number 2211200.

The IMER Syntesi 190-350 EL parts book lists it as ref. 29 on Tav. 1/A, Machine Structure [Syntesi 190-250], for machine codes 1105700, 1105701, 1105703 and 1105705. Read in column order, the book's technical data table (Table 1) puts those codes in the Syntesi 250 EL group. The Syntesi 190 EL codes use wheel 2211100 instead, and the Syntesi 300 EL and 350 EL use wheel 2211250.
