The IMER Mix 750, model 1194640, is a towable vertical shaft paddle mixer supplied without a motor. IMER also calls it the Mix 750 Mortarman. It is built for busy precast mixing operations and can mix refractory mud and stiff, dry materials. The Mix 750 range is offered with Honda gasoline, single-phase or 3-phase electric motor options.
The 22 cu ft drum produces an 18 cu ft batch every three to four minutes. Drum diameter is 52 in and maximum aggregate size is 3/8 in. The discharge system opens and closes with a dump handle and is protected from being hit by a mud bucket or forklift. Extra-wide stability legs slide outward and adjust up or down to set the outlet height from 23 in to 29 in.
The hinged safety grate has an auto-shutdown function and an integrated bag breaker. Standard equipment includes a tow bar and torsion bar suspension, and the mixer rolls on 22 in pneumatic wheels with forklift pockets for placement. Dimensions are 90 x 63 x 62 in (L x W x H).
