About this machine
The IMER Mix 750 (Mortarman), model 1194645, is a towable vertical shaft mortar mixer with a 7.5 hp, 3-phase electric motor rated 208V on the IMER spec sheet. It is used in precast operations and on large masonry, stucco, fireproofing and refractory jobs.
The 22 cu ft drum produces an 18 cu ft batch every three to four minutes. Drum diameter is 52 in and maximum aggregate size is 3/8 in. A dump handle discharges the load, and extra-wide stability legs slide outward and adjust up or down so the outlet sits between 23 in and 29 in.
An auto-shutdown hinged safety grate with an integrated bag breaker covers the drum opening. For transport the mixer has a hitch, 22 in pneumatic highway tires and torsion suspension, and the frame has forklift pockets. It weighs 1,588 lbs, measures 90 x 63 x 62 in (L x W x H) and runs below 79 dB. Confirm your three-phase supply voltage before ordering.
