About this machine
The IMER Mix 750 (Mortarman), model 1194646, is a towable vertical shaft mortar mixer with a 7.5 hp, 480V, 3-phase electric motor. It suits precast operations and large masonry jobs that mix mortar, stucco, grout, fireproofing or refractory material in volume.
Its 22 cu ft drum, 52 in in diameter, produces an 18 cu ft batch every three to four minutes and accepts aggregate up to 3/8 in. A dump handle discharges the load, and extra-wide stability legs slide outward and adjust up or down to set the outlet height from 23 in to 29 in.
The drum is covered by an auto-shutdown hinged safety grate with an integrated bag breaker. The mixer tows on 22 in pneumatic highway tires with torsion suspension and a hitch, and forklift pockets help with placement on the job site. It weighs 1,588 lbs, measures 90 x 63 x 62 in (L x W x H) and runs below 79 dB.
