About this machine
The IMER Mix 750 (Mortarman), model 1194647, is a towable vertical shaft mortar mixer with a 7.5 hp, 600V, 3-phase electric motor. It is used for high-output masonry, stucco, grout, fireproofing and refractory work and in precast operations.
The 22 cu ft drum produces an 18 cu ft batch every three to four minutes. Drum diameter is 52 in and maximum aggregate size is 3/8 in. A dump handle discharges the load, and extra-wide stability legs slide outward and adjust up or down to set the outlet height between 23 in and 29 in.
An auto-shutdown hinged safety grate with an integrated bag breaker covers the drum. For transport the mixer has a hitch, 22 in pneumatic highway tires and torsion suspension, plus forklift pockets for placement on site. Noise level is below 79 dB.
