The hopper shaft joint is a genuine IMER OEM part, part number 3226361, for the IMER Prestige 300 and the IMER Step-Up 120.

In the IMER parts books it appears in the pump unit of the Prestige 300 and in the pump group of the Step-Up 120, where it is listed as the hopper shaft joint fork. Note that the Step 120 parts book uses the name "hopper shaft joint" for a different part, flexible coupling 3224340. Check the part on your machine against the pump section of your parts book before ordering.
