Troubleshooting

My three-phase Step-Up 120 keeps stopping during work. What should I check?

  • Genuine IMER OEM parts
  • Fit checked

Answer

The three-phase Step manual lists these display messages and fixes. Material pressure on the screw too high: reduce the flow rate before restarting, and look for too little binder in the mix, a sand that is not suited to pumping, or an overly long pipeline. Inverter or motor temperature too high: wait for it to cool before restarting. Supply voltage too low: check the power line, and confirm 210 to 230 V with the machine running, with correctly sized cables and no cranes, hoists, saws or mixers on the same line. Other causes the manual lists are a probable external short circuit and a seized pump.
