The manual separates two cases on the single-phase Step-Up 120. When nothing runs, neither machine nor compressor, and the blue lamp is dark, look at the site panel fuses, the connector and cable, and the main switch. When the display shows only dashes, the incoming voltage is too high, and you should confirm it stays at or below 260 V. If the machine starts and then stalls straight away, the mix may be too dry or low on binder, or the voltage under load is too high; empty the hopper, loosen the mix to plastering consistency, lower the speed and restart.
