This M10 knob is a genuine IMER part, part number 3206748.
The IMER Syntesi parts book lists it as ref. 36 in the machine structure tables for the Syntesi 190 EL and 250 EL (TAV. 1/A) and the Syntesi 300 EL and 350 EL (TAV. 1/B). The IMER Workman II 250 parts book lists the same part number as ref. 44, "dump handle", on drawing 1.3, and the Small 50 parts book lists it as a 28x88 M10 sleeve handle in bag crusher 1107511 (TAV. 16, ref. 3).
