About this machine
The IMER Mix 750 (Mortarman), model 1194644, is a towable vertical shaft mortar mixer with a 5 hp, 240V, single-phase electric motor, the single-phase option in the Mix 750 range. It is used in precast operations and on large masonry, stucco, fireproofing and refractory jobs.
The 22 cu ft drum produces an 18 cu ft batch every three to four minutes, with a 52 in drum diameter and a maximum aggregate size of 3/8 in. A dump handle discharges the load, and extra-wide stability legs slide outward and adjust up or down to set the outlet height from 23 in to 29 in.
The drum is covered by an auto-shutdown hinged safety grate with an integrated bag breaker. For moving between sites the mixer has a hitch, 22 in pneumatic highway tires and torsion suspension, and forklift pockets help with placement. It weighs 1,588 lbs, measures 90 x 63 x 62 in (L x W x H) and runs below 79 dB.
