This M20x1.5 left-hand blade nut is a genuine IMER part, part number 3208541. The IMER parts books list it in Tav. 6, Disc Guard and Motor Assembly: ref. 9, "NUT M20X1,5 SX 5589", on the Smart Cut 350 14" and ref. 11, "NUT 5589 M20X1,5 SX Z", on the C 350 iPower.

Both manuals describe the blade locknut as LH thread: it is loosened by turning it clockwise and tightened anticlockwise to a torque of 40 Nm.
