The IMER Mix 120 Plus, model 1194302, is a portable vertical shaft mixer supplied with the iDUST dust abatement grate. Formerly named the Mortarman 120, it can make a wheelbarrow of mortar, stucco, grout or dry pack cement about every 3 minutes.

Power comes from a 2 hp, 120V motor drawing 15 amps, driving the vertical paddles at 38 rpm through a high-torque gearbox with reverse. Because the paddles stay in the mix, material is mixed quickly without trapping air. The 4.25 cu ft drum is 30 in in diameter, delivers a 3 cu ft batch and accepts aggregate up to 3/8 in. The outlet gives controlled discharge into a trowel, bucket or wheelbarrow.

The mixer has hard solid wheels and loading wheels for moving it on site. It weighs 286 lbs (310 lbs boxed), measures 33 x 30 x 50 in (L x W x H) and runs at 70 dB(A). IMER lists a rubber paddle kit (item 1107618) and a transport wheel kit as standard equipment, and the mixer can be paired with an IMER spray and grout pump for semi-automatic production.
