IMER’s Mix-All 60, Mix 120 Plus, Mix 360 Plus and Mix 750 are all paddle mixers, and they scale from a buckets-and-bags tool up to a towable mini batch plant. This guide lines up their published specs so you can see which one matches your jobs.
Every figure below comes from IMER’s 2024 product sheets. We do not rate these machines against each other beyond what the sheets say.

How the specs line up with the job
Power supply on site. Only the Mix-All 60 and the Mix 120 Plus run on 120 V. The 360 Plus needs 240 V single-phase for the electric model, and the 750 comes in 240 V single-phase and 208 V or 480 V three-phase versions. If you have no suitable power, the 360 Plus and 750 both have a Honda gas version.
Batch size. Per the sheets, the Mix 120 Plus makes a wheelbarrow of mortar, stucco, grout or dry pack every 3 minutes. The Mix 750 makes 18 cu ft every three to four minutes. The Mix-All 60 handles a 50 lb bag per batch.
Moving it. The Mix-All 60 is boxed at 66 to 70 lb and rolls like a piece of luggage. The Mix 120 Plus has transport wheels. The 360 Plus and 750 are towable, with pneumatic wheels and a tow bar or leg jack as shown on the sheets.
Stiff or dry mixes. The Mix 360 Plus sheet says it easily mixes very low slump materials such as dry pack mortar, refractory cement and UHPC. The Mix 750 sheet says it can mix refractory mud and stiff, dry materials. The Mix 120 Plus sheet lists dry pack cement among its materials.
Safety grate. The 360 Plus and 750 sheets both list an auto shutdown safety grate, and the 750 grate has an integrated bag breaker.
Questions to ask before you buy
Where will it stand? The Mix 120 Plus manual asks for a stable, level surface with a maximum slope of 5 degrees, and at least 2 m (about 6.5 ft) of clearance around the machine for handling materials. The Mix 750 manual warns never to run that mixer on an uneven surface, because on an incline it can fall over or roll away.
Will you tow it? For the Mix 750, the manual’s pre-tow checks include tires inflated to 40 psi, stability legs raised and locked, the tow bar anchored with the chain looped around it several times, and a hitch that matches the tow bar tongue. It also says that registration rules for towed construction equipment vary by state, and that state law may require a tail light assembly. Ask your DMV.
What will you mix? Check the maximum aggregate size for your machine (see the warning above), and keep rocks out of the sand.
Which version do you need? The Mix 750 alone has five model numbers, so choose the voltage and phase of your power source first. If you are replacing a machine and already have a serial number, send it with your question.
Specs change between documents
Do not mix figures from different documents. For example, IMER’s 2018 Mix 750 manual lists a 27 cu ft drum and 17 cu ft batch output with a 50 in drum, while the 2024 product sheet lists a 22 cu ft drum, 18 cu ft batch and 52 in drum. The manual says specifications are subject to change without notice. The table above uses the sheets only.
Beyond these four
IMER also makes towable steel-drum barrel mixers such as the Workman II. They are a different design, so they are not in this table. See each machine’s page for its own spec sheet.
Next step
Once you know the model, match parts by model and serial number, not by size alone. See how to find the right IMER part number, or browse the machine pages:
