This arm closure is a genuine IMER part, part number 3228749. The IMER Syntesi 190-250-300-350 EL parts book lists it as ref. 33 in Tav. 1/B, Machine Structure (Syntesi 300-350). The Syntesi 190-250 table (Tav. 1/A) lists arm closure 3228746 instead, so this part is for the Syntesi 300 EL and 350 EL.

In the manual's machine overview (fig. 1) the arm closure is item 9, one of the protection guards that must be correctly replaced when repairs are completed.
