The IMER Syntesi 190-250-300-350 EL parts book lists it in Tav. 4, drum reduction unit 3209786, ref. 2 (Italian name "vite senza fine"). Tav. 1/A (Syntesi 190-250) and Tav. 1/B (Syntesi 300-350) both list drum reduction unit 3209786 at ref. 6.

The IMER Workman II 250 parts book lists the same part number in Table 3, Drum Reduction Unit (code 3209786), ref. 2. The Syntesi 350 EL model 1105802 is sold in the USA as the IMER Multi-Mix 350. Check part number 3213893 against your machine's parts list before you order.
