The IMER Step-Up 120 (model 1106181) is a three-phase progressive cavity (screw) pump for pumping and spraying mortars, stuccos, grouts, restoration mortars, underlayments, fireproofing, waterproofing and similar materials. Its 7.5 hp, 208 V three-phase, two-speed motor is rated for 100% duty cycle and pumps grout with aggregate up to 3/8 in. The two speed settings give control over pressure and flow.

The 4.25 cu ft hopper accepts an optional vibrating grate, and the pump takes 2L6, IM25L, 60.12 or L7 rotor/stators. It measures 33 x 80 x 38 in (W x L x H), weighs 616 lbs and runs under 79 dB. The control panel has an emergency stop and forward/reverse, the pump is remote control ready, and torsion bar suspension with an articulating tow bar allows towing.

Standard equipment includes a 2-speed control panel, a 66 ft power cord, a tow kit, a grate for premixed materials and an accessory toolbox. Options include a three-phase pan mixer (1107509), a three-phase piston compressor (1107585), the Spin 30 continuous mixer (1106152) and a 120 ft remote control (1107574).
