The IMER Koine 4 is a high-flow (HF) continuous pump for preblended cementitious materials, used almost exclusively for mixing and pumping core fill grouts, wall grouts and self-leveling underlayments where production volume matters. It runs on a 7.5 hp electric motor (9 hp total machine power, three phase) with a gearbox drive reduction system, a 1 hp feeding impeller motor and a 1 hp water booster pump with a 70 psi boost.

IMER lists a material flow rate of 140 cu ft/h, a maximum pumping distance of 200 ft+ for grouting and fireproofing and 300 ft+ for self-leveling, a gearbox speed of 400 rpm, a loading height of 35-1/2 in, dimensions of 29 W x 47 L x 61-1/2 H in and a weight of 574 lbs. It includes an adjustable R8-1.5 rotor/stator, a turbo mixer with a material delivery pressure gauge, a dust grate with a vacuum port, a gear-driven feed impeller, a self-priming stainless steel water pump and an integrated tool storage box.
