The IMER Booster 20 is a compact, towable concrete piston pump, model number 1106427, for pumping concrete, shotcrete and high-strength grouts on job sites with limited space. A 28 hp, 3-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine drives a 2-cylinder pumping unit with hydraulic control and an S-valve with automatic compensation of clearance and wear.

Output ranges from 3 to 20 cu yd/hr at up to 1,000 psi (maximum flow and maximum pressure are not simultaneous) through a 4 in heavy-duty delivery manifold, with a maximum aggregate size of 1 in. The hinged 7 cu ft hopper has an agitator and a 12V vibrating grid, with a 42.5 in loading height.

Standard equipment includes an automatic greasing system with centralized grease ports, a hydraulic system with reverse, a full-featured electric control panel with LED indicators and hydraulic gauges, a piston head installation and extraction tool kit, an accessory box with grease pump, 4 in cleaning balls and a heavy-duty highway tow package. The pump measures 161 x 58 x 60 in (L x W x H) and weighs 3,100 lbs. Options include a hydraulic power washer, a 5-function radio remote (1107001), a 4-function remote control (1107086) and rubber (13 cu ft, 1107196) or steel (17 cu ft, 1107197) hopper extension kits.
