The Cam Coupling DN 25 Male x 1-1/4 in Male, part number 3223390, is a genuine IMER OEM part. The IMER parts book lists it among the standard supply accessories of the Koine 4 pump (TAV.8, ref. 7).
The same table lists the 35 mm to 25 mm reducer as a separate part, 1107565 (DN35 F. - DN 25 M., ref. 6), and the DN 35 F. x 1-1/4 in F. cam coupling as part 3223704 (ref. 8). If you need the complete 35 mm to 25 mm reducer, order 1107565. Confirm the connection sizes on your machine and hose before ordering.
