This side roller support is a genuine IMER part, part number 3226146. The IMER parts books list it as "SUPPORT" in Tav. 7, Side Roller: ref. 2 on the Combi 200 VA and Combi 250 VA, and ref. 3 on the Combi 250/1000 VA - 250/1500 VA. Our store has sold it as the side table support arm.
