The IMER Step-Up 120 A (model 1106054) is a high-flow progressive cavity pump for self-leveling materials and non-shrink grouts. It is rated at 9.5 cubic yards per hour and is designed to run quietly in restricted job site environments. It can also pump or spray mortars, stuccos, grouts, restoration mortars, underlayments, fireproofing, waterproofing and similar materials.

Standard equipment includes a three-phase 10 hp motor rated for 100% duty cycle (confirm the three-phase supply voltage with us before ordering), an electric control panel, a built-in low-voltage electric remote control with 120 ft of cable, 133 ft and 66 ft power supply cords, a 60.12 rotor/stator, a vibrating grid, 33 ft of 50 mm (2 in) hose and an accessory box.

Options include a non-towing wheel kit (1107633), 33 ft hoses in 35 mm (1107528) and 50 mm (1107533), a grate for premixed material (1107569), a 50 mm to 35 mm hose reducer (1106178), a shotcrete gun (1106250), a pintle tow ring (1107161), and 2L6 (1107088) or IM25L (1107149) rotor/stator kits.
