The IMER Mix-All 60 (model 1193988) is a portable, one-person electric paddle mixer for mortar, stucco, thin set, dry pack mortar, epoxy, plaster and rubber materials. It is built for repair work, for example mixing mortar in an attic to tuckpoint a chimney.

A 3/4 hp, 120V motor drawing 10 amps drives the paddle through a high-torque gearbox at 55 rpm, with a noise level of 70 dB(A). The 14 gal drum is 24 in in diameter and gives a batch output of 12 gal, or one 50 lb bag, with a maximum aggregate size of 3/8 in. A protective cover keeps hands away from spinning parts.

The machine weighs 66 lbs (70 lbs boxed) and measures 23 in wide, 25 in long and 31-1/4 in high. It rolls on 4 in pneumatic wheels, like a piece of luggage, and comes with 2 plastic mixing buckets. For continuous production, run two or three mixers in rotation so one is always mixing.
