The IMER Mix 200 FP (model 1195163) is a portable, non-towable vertical shaft paddle mixer for fireproofing, powered by a 1.5 hp, 120V motor. IMER designed it to mix 2 bags of fireproofing per batch on 120V, and it fits over sprayer pumps to discharge into the hopper.

The patented iDUST grate is included: its extra large opening makes it possible to load the mixer and still keep the dust under control, and an auto shut-down safety grate comes with it. The hopper fits two bags of fireproofing at a time, and special paddles designed specifically for fireproofing give more shear than standard paddles. Transport wheels help move it around the site, four legs adjust to many positions, and a standard hose is attached to add water easily.

IMER lists a 5 cu ft drum capacity, a 32 in drum diameter, a 32 rpm paddle speed, 15 in wheels, discharge heights of 22, 27 and 32 in and a machine weight of 573 lbs.
