The IMER Mighty Small 50 PLUS (model 1106345) is a portable, multi-purpose progressive cavity (screw) pump and spray machine for grouts, mortars, stucco and fireproofing. Typical jobs include pumping grout into forms, bridge deck repair, spraying fireproofing on high-rise buildings and filling block with grout. With the optional high-pressure airless kit (1107669) it can also spray AVBs, heavy paints and coatings.

It runs on 240V with a 3 hp single-phase motor and is rated at 120 bags (80 lb) per hour with aggregate up to 1/4 in. The stainless steel hopper holds 1.75 cu ft at a 25.5 in loading height. The machine measures 20.5 x 44 x 25.5 in (W x L x H), weighs 100 lbs and runs under 74 dB(A).

Standard equipment includes a D8-1.5 rotor/stator, an inverter-driven control panel with forward/reverse, speed control, emergency stop and LED code display, an electric remote control with 53 ft cable, a material pressure gauge and an accessory toolbox. Options include a dual-diaphragm compressor (1107546), gun kits for mortar and fireproofing, paint, grout injection and tuckpointing, 25 mm material hoses and D5-2.5 rotor/stator parts.
