The IMER Koine 3.1 (Model # 1106351) is a compact continuous mixer pump for preblended cementitious materials. Bags of dry material such as underlayment, mortar or grout are fed into the hopper and mixed and pumped continuously, and the machine can also run in wet mode as a pump only. Its compact size and portability suit interior and high-rise work.

It runs on 240V/60Hz single phase power with 4.5 hp maximum installed power, including a 2.9 hp mixer motor and a 0.6 hp electric pump motor. Dry mode material flow is 1/4 to 3/5 cu ft/min, with output up to 120 50-lb bags per hour. The hopper holds 2.65 cu ft, loading height is 39 in, and the complete package weighs 350.5 lb.

Typical applications include preblended cementitious and gypsum-based mortars, stucco, fireproofing, self-leveling underlayments and grouts. Standard equipment includes a D8 1.5 rotor and stator, material delivery pressure gauge, control panel with IMER inverter, self-priming water booster pump, water system with flow meter, 50 ft of 1 in (25 mm) material hose, 66 ft of water hose and power cord, and a hose cleaning kit. The machine is air compressor ready.
