The IMER IM R 19 (model 1128770) is a single-articulated tracked atrium lift with a 62 ft (19 m) working height and a 56 ft platform height, built for outdoor and indoor work. Side outreach is 32 ft with 176 lb in the basket, 28 ft with 310 lb and 23 ft with 510 lb; maximum basket capacity is 510 lb (two persons). Rotation is 355° (non-continuous) and hydraulic basket rotation is 124°.

A Honda GX390 13 hp engine is standard, with a 120V, 15 amp electric motor for indoor use (the specification table also lists a 120 V / 1.5 HP electric pump); a Yanmar L100N 8.9 hp diesel is optional. The machine runs on rubber tracks with hydraulically adjustable width, and the transport width (without basket) is 2 ft 7 in to 3 ft 6 in. It weighs 5,370 lb. Driving speed is up to 1.25 mph and gradeability is 32%.

Standard equipment includes automatic outrigger leveling, a hydraulic jib, a load and tip detection sensor, load cell and overload sensor, a removable wireless control box with a tether for wired connectivity, three travel speeds, a removable basket with 1-pin detach, and an air/water outlet and 120V AC power in the basket. Non-marking tracks, a basket work light, oversized outrigger pads, a 12 V emergency pump and the IMERVIEW GPS remote monitor system are optional. A lithium version is listed as model 1128772.
