The IMER IM 3524E is an electric scissor lift with a 24 ft platform height and a 30 ft working height, model number 1128416. The base is 32 in wide. The basket is 5 ft 5 in long and 8 ft 8 in with the 39 in manual deck extension out; the extension holds two people. It has electric traction on the front wheels and 90° wheel steering, and the operator can drive in any position, including at full height.

Standard equipment includes 24 V / 185 Ah (C5) traction batteries with battery level control and low-voltage protection, a charger with automatic cut-off, negative electromagnetic parking brakes with electric disengagement, manual emergency lowering, non-return valves on the lifting cylinders, a tilt meter with motion cut-out and alarm, pothole protection, platform weight management, foldable guardrails, solid rubber non-marking tires, AC power to the platform, a flashing beacon, an all-movement alarm, horn, hour meter and proportional controls with diagnostics.
