The IMER IM 3116 is a micro electric scissor lift for indoor and outdoor use, UL model 1128918. Four scissors raise the platform to 16 ft indoors (8 ft outdoors), for a working height of 22 ft indoors and 14 ft outdoors. The platform is rated for 507 lb and one operator; the 2 ft 2 in manual platform extension is rated for 287 lb.

The lift is 2 ft 6 in wide, 4 ft 11 in long (4 ft 5 in without the ladder) and 6 ft 6 in high stowed. The standard foldable railings reduce the closed height to 4 ft 11 in for transport in commercial vans. It has front electric steering and rear-wheel drive, with a 9.5 in inside and 61 in outside turning radius. Top speed is 2.5 mph (0.4 mph safety speed), with 25% gradeability.

Power comes from 24 V DC traction motors and two 12 V / 85 Ah AGM batteries. Controls include a soft-touch platform panel and a ground control panel with an integrated display for data retrieval and troubleshooting. Weight is 1,653 lb on 9.8 x 3.1 in cushion tires.
