The IMER IM 3113 is a micro electric scissor lift for indoor and outdoor use, model number 1128908. Three scissors raise the platform to 13 ft indoors (7 ft 4 in outdoors), for a working height of 19 ft indoors and 13 ft 11 in outdoors. The platform is rated for 507 lb and one operator; the 2 ft 2 in manual platform extension is rated for 287 lb.

The lift is 2 ft 6 in wide, 4 ft 11 in long (4 ft 5 in without the ladder) and 6 ft 3 in high stowed, with a folded height of 4 ft 8 in. It has front electric steering, a 9.5 in inside and 61 in outside turning radius, and the operator can drive in any position, including at full height.
