The Step 120 manual asks for daily greasing through the hole shown in its figure 12. Each week, look at the compressor air filter and replace it if it has deteriorated, blow dust off the electric motors with compressed air, and check plugs and sockets for moisture, dirt and corrosion. Twice a year, an authorized IMER service center should inspect the machine. Maintenance is for trained people only, with the machine off, unplugged and the hopper empty, and electrical repairs belong to specialists. Fit genuine IMER parts only.
