Set the mixer on firm, level ground, no steeper than 5 degrees, and start it with the tank empty rather than full. Add the ingredients one after another while the blades are turning, and never go past the rated capacity. Bag-breaker blades on the guard help with premixed bags. Mix until even, put a container under the outlet and pull the outlet lever. If you leave mix in the tank, keep the blades turning until it is used. IMER's product sheet lists a 4.25 cu ft drum and a 3 cu ft batch.
