The IMER IM 3219 AC is a 24 V electric scissor lift for indoor and outdoor use, model number 1128936. It raises the platform to 19 ft indoors (14 ft 5 in outdoors), for a 25 ft indoor working height. Capacity is 507 lb, and the lift is rated for two operators indoors. The basket is 5 ft 5 in long and 8 ft 8 in with the 39 in manual deck extension out.

The lift is 32 in wide and 6 ft 11 in high stowed, or 5 ft 7 in with the guardrails folded. It has a zero inside turning radius and a 5 ft 5 in outside radius, and the operator can drive in any position, including at full height. Top speed is 2.5 mph (0.25 mph safety speed), with 25% gradeability. Ground clearance is 3.5 in with the pothole guards up and 0.85 in with them down.

Power comes from 24 V / 2.4 kW traction motors and a 24 V / 2.2 kW hydraulic power pack, with a 24 V / 20 A battery charger. The lift rides on 12.8 x 3.9 in cushion tires.
