IMER describes the Workman gearbox as sealed for life, so no routine oil change is needed. If you still want to change the oil, the manual says to see your dealer or call IMER USA for instructions. If the gearbox is leaking, the parts book gearbox drawing for the Workman II 250 lists two oil seals: a 72x52x8 ring (3213896) and a 35x20x7 ring (3200094). The same 3200094 seal also appears in the Mix 120 Plus and Step-Up 120 gearbox drawings. Measure the old seal and confirm the number against your model before ordering.
