This bearing is a genuine IMER part, part number 3237097. The IMER Syntesi 190-250-300-350 EL parts book lists it in Tav. 4, drum reduction unit 3209786, ref. 5. Tav. 1/A (Syntesi 190-250) and Tav. 1/B (Syntesi 300-350) both list drum reduction unit 3209786; in the manual's machine overview this is the bowl tipping reduction gear.
